How we test

Every repair, fully tested and reported back to you

We test every iPhone and iPad before we touch it, and again once the repair's complete. You'll get a full written report emailed to you afterwards, so you know exactly what was checked, what was faulty, and what was fixed.

What we check, every time

A full function test before and after every repair, covering the parts that matter most.

Screen & touch

Display, touch response, and Touch ID or Face ID are all checked working correctly.

Speakers, mic & camera

Earpiece, loudspeaker, microphone, and both cameras are tested for full working order.

Battery & charging

Charging port, battery health, and Wi-Fi/signal connectivity are all checked over.

Buttons & sensors

Power, volume, and home buttons, plus the proximity sensor, are all part of the check.
