Before we arrive
Charge your device where possible
If we have to charge your iPhone or iPad on arrival before we can start, it can delay the rest of our day — a bit of charge in advance really helps.
Somewhere to park
Both iPhone and iPad repairs are carried out in the back of our repair van, so we just need somewhere nearby to park.
How we carry out the repair
iPhone repairs
We repair your iPhone screen outside your location, in the back of our repair van. Most repairs take around 30 minutes, and we'll bring it straight back to you.
iPad repairs
Our engineer comes to your home or workplace and repairs your iPad screen outside your location, in our repair van. It takes about 45 minutes, and we'll drop it straight back to you.
