Repair Information


Thanks for the iPhone / iPad repair appointment.



To make your iPhone / iPad repair run smoothly please can make sure you do these below things:


iPhones:

What we need:

The iPhone repair engineer can either repair the iPhone in your home or workplace (We just need a table or flat surface) or he can repair the iPhone outside your location in the back of his repair van.

 

iPhone battery:

Please (where possible) can you charge your iPhone as much as possible before we arrive. If we have to charge it when we arrive it will mean we get delayed during the day.


PIN CODE:

We need to know the pin code for the
iPhone to be able to complete our pre and post repair tests on it. Without knowing the pin code we can still repair your iPhone but will be unable to test all the functions before and after so if there is another fault not diagnosed because of this then us returning will be a chargeable repair.


iPads:

The iPad engineer will come to your address (Home or workplace) and will repair your iPad screen outside your location in our repair van.

It takes about 45 minutes to repair the screen and then we will drop it back into you.


iPad battery:

Please (where possible) can you charge your iPad as much as possible before we arrive. If we have to charge it when we arrive it will mean we get delayed during the day.

iPad to be able to complete our pre and post repair tests on it. Without knowing the pin code we can still repair your iPad but will be unable to test all the functions before and after so if there is another fault not diagnosed because of this then us returning will be a chargeable repair.


Payment Methods:

You can pay either by cash or card via a card machine (Needs your Pin Code) after the repair has been completed, either way you get a emailed receipt / invoice / VAT receipt with your warranty details on.
